My main tasks include: - System Support for staff & members - Administration of LAN & WAN - Managing all affairs of the IT Department including budgeting & procurement - Collaborating with ERP system support partners - Managing network based hardware and software - Administration of ICT Systems - Managing our Mobile Platforms and ensuring upto95% uptime including USSDs, Mobile App & Paybill - Managing the CBS and ensuring upto 98% uptime
