Recruitment and Training:
· Achieve a monthly recruitment target of 10 new hires by identifying, onboarding, and training qualified agents.
· Oversee the best practice training for recruits, ensuring they complete 40 successful enrollments before being confirmed as hires.
· Foster a pipeline of talent by increasing agent referrals through existing agents.
Sales and Enrollment Management:
· Drive enrollment efforts to achieve a monthly target of 5,000 enrollments.
· Develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates and increase the average daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
· Monitor sales approval rates and implement measures to enhance them.
Performance and Retention:
• Collaborate with the team to reduce churn and ensure better customer retention.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with agents and clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Strategic and Operational Leadership:
• Set actionable goals and align daily activities with overall business objectives.
• Analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
