Incoming materials receipt and review of documents for quality control and vendor compliance.
 Perform process inspection and quality checks of both medical devices and pharmaceutical products.
 Assist with investigating complaints related to the quality, quantity, delayed delivery and poor Packaging of both ambient and Cold-chain Products.
 Initiate and follow through on quality related tasks including variances, investigations and CAPA.
 Conducts routine quality self-audits on the facility to assure compliance with company and regulatory standards are being met.
 Collaborate with Quality department in writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 Attends and actively participate in all Quality and procurement department meetings and ensure all the Dispatch and Delivery personnel have been trained on Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Handling of the Cold-Chain Products.
 Using the SAP Software for inventory management and training new Dispatch employees on the Dispatch module usage.
 Conduct routine cycle counts and month end inventory and prepare reports on Variances.
 Verify and validate courier monthly Billing Schedules.
