Compensation: Retainer + Commission-Based Pay Structure

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering a superior purchasing experience. Your primary role will be to promote and sell vehicles, provide expert guidance to customers, and contribute to the growth of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Actively promote and sell vehicles to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Identify prospective customers through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
    • Drive customer engagement from initial contact to sale completion.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Client’s products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  4. Sales Process:
    • Conduct detailed needs analysis with customers to recommend suitable vehicles.
    • Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, providing test drives and answering questions.
    • Negotiate prices, close sales, and manage the final paperwork for vehicle purchase and financing.
  5. Market Expansion:
    • Engage in proactive sales initiatives, such as attending events, roadshows, and exhibitions, to increase brand visibility.
    • Actively seek new sales opportunities in the assigned region.
  6. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
    • Submit regular reports on sales progress and pipeline management to management.
    • Ensure all sales documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including the service and parts teams, to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or a related field. Prior experience in the motor industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

  • Retainer: A fixed monthly retainer to cover basic compensation.
  • Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance. High earnings potential based on sales targets met.

Working Hours:

Full-time role with standard dealership working hours. Weekend work and overtime may be required based on sales activities.
