• Data Collection Tool Design & Planning - I design data collection tools, define data requirements, and develop checklists to ensure accurate and efficient field data collection. • Enumerator Training & Data Verification - I train enumerators on survey protocols and digital tools, verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of collected data. • Data Cleaning, Processing & Advanced Analysis - I clean, process, and analyze complex datasets to generate high quality insights that support evidence-based decision making and compliance. • Data Visualization, Reporting & Presentation - I develop clear visualizations, dashboards, analytical reports, and present findings to project teams and clients. • Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Planning - I contribute to project planning, track performance indicators, and implement M&E frameworks to assess project progress and impact. • Client Engagement - I engage with clients to understand needs, provide updates, present results, and incorporate feedback into project deliverables. • Financial Analysis & Reporting - I conduct financial analysis, prepare financial reports, and support budgeting and cost assessments for project and organizational decision making. • Certification Compliance Support - I support clients in meeting compliance requirements for International Certification Standards such as Rainforest Alliance, C.A.F.E. Practices (by Starbucks), Fairtrade, and Organic by guiding data requirements, conducting assessments, and ensuring adherence to the set requirements.

• Manage project databases for KPIs and record-keeping. • Designing processes for data collection using data collection tools i.e., ODK collect, Kobo-toolbox, DCT. • Data collection (including geodata), capture, entry, cleaning, editing, analysis, report writing, and presentation. • Certification - Support Producers comply with international standards such as RA-SAS (Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard), C.A.F.E Standards and get certified, which allows their products to fetch higher prices on the international market. • Onboarding participants into projects: I have been actively involved and in charge of Participants sensitization and onboarding into projects. • Data Analysis- To accomplish high-quality data analysis, I utilize R, SPSS, and advanced Excel. • Sales analysis, Certified product traceability • Hiring, training, supervising and managing data enumerators as well as the data submission portal.
