Bryson Katuu

During my attachment at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), I served as an IT Assistant, where I gained practical experience in supporting the bank’s technology infrastructure. My responsibilities included assisting in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and other peripherals, as well as monitoring network performance to ensure secure and reliable access to banking applications. I also played a key role in supporting the bank's digital transformation efforts by guiding customers on the use of mobile and online banking platforms. This experience strengthened my technical troubleshooting skills, deepened my understanding of enterprise IT systems, and enhanced my ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
