Work & Experience
Acted as a maintenance Supervisor/engineer with the following responsibilities 1. Creation of preventive maintenance schedules for 200+ machines in order to ensure they are running at the best shape at all times 2. Creating preventive maintenance checkpoints in order to ease in our technicians and make it easier to perform maintenance work 3. Coordinating with various departments to more easily select which time and date would be best to perform maintenance work 4. Assigning technicians to various machines depending on the kind of breakdown and their specific set of skills 5. Creating new layouts of documents and log books in order to ensure that they are legible and that the data input is easier to understand and interpret 6. Helped in implementing a CRP system into the company to aid with data collection and to further modernize activities within the company.
Under the ELP program i worked as a cash officer in Equity Bank, enterprise rd branch. During this time i worked as a corporate teller handling vast amounts of money and as a customer service representative handling customers complaints
