Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of materials. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and service levels, while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to forecast demand and avoid stockouts or overstocking. Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and assess supplier performance regularly.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement policies and tax-related procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on procurement trends, supplier dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and emerging policies to inform strategic sourcing decisions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including management, legal, and finance—to ensure procurement strategies align with organizational objectives and legal compliance. Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive tender documents and procurement contracts in line with industry standards and company policies. Continuously review and update procurement policies and standard operating procedures to comply with evolving regulatory requirements. Initiate and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and alignment with budgetary provisions.
Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, resolving issues with a customer-first approach and through proficient email and communication management. Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Accurately document and update client information across digital systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Grow and maintain a dynamic client database, supporting business development and market expansion initiatives.
