Duties; Developed short and long-term road works programmes adhering to engineering best practices for safety and sustainability. • Successful planning, budgeting, quality assurance and control, and supervision of multiple road infrastructure builds and upgrades. • Evaluated test results on construction materials used in road works. • Ensured conformity of work to specifications and project requirements. • Performed routine training and attended special events to enhance job knowledge and skills. • Identified and resolved issues causing project delays or budget overruns. • Prepared tender documents and carried out cost estimations for rehabilitation works. • Engaged extensively with technical teams, government agencies, communities and contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget. • Ensured meticulous project documentation, approvals tracking and progress reporting to stakeholders per quality standards.

Water Sanitation and Hygiene Finance project (WASH-FIN)—a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) initiative aimed at closing financing gaps to support universal access to water supply and sanitation services. The project strengthens sustainable and creditworthy business models, increases public funding, and expands market finance for infrastructure investment. During my time there, I; • Provided technical assistance to facilitate mobilisation of public and private finance to enhance water and sanitation service delivery, with emphasis on COVID-19 prevention, urban and peri-urban areas and climate resistance. • Applied methods for tracking public investment in water and sanitation to assess progress, prioritise future investments and in turn, improve sector performance
