About the Role A leading multinational is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive consumer demand and deliver business objectives for key power brands. You will translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans, lead demand creation, and champion a digital-first, social-first approach to brand building and consumer engagement. This role requires strong leadership, innovation, and the ability to deliver multi-year brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing plans tailored to the market
  • Lead demand creation agenda, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Drive direct-to-consumer strategies and execute global brand innovations locally
  • Ensure quality and consistency of execution across all consumer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful brand assets and content
  • Lead digital marketing agenda, delivering engaging consumer experiences and campaigns
  • Drive consumer insights, brand activation, and in-market experiential events
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimise campaign spending

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of proven experience in marketing/demand creation within consumer goods
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, content marketing)
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing plans
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (customer development, R&D, finance, agencies)
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
