Education
Pursued a Diploma in Food Technology with a strong focus on industrial manufacturing processes, production systems, quality engineering, and food safety management. The program provided practical knowledge in process control, production line operations, equipment functionality, utilities management, sanitation engineering, water treatment, and quality assurance systems. Through hands-on exposure in dairy and brewery manufacturing environments, I developed competencies in troubleshooting production issues, supporting preventive maintenance activities, implementing CIP systems, monitoring process efficiency, applying HACCP and GMP principles, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, product quality, reliability, and workplace safety.
Work & Experience
Operate and support the filler line while ensuring stable machine performance, production flow, container handling, and packaging quality throughout assigned shift.
Monitor critical production parameters (CO2, ABV, Capping, Labeling, GMP) on the line and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime, prevent defects, and maintain output targets.
Support planned and unplanned maintenance activities by isolating equipment, preparing the line for intervention, and confirming safe handover after maintenance completion.
• Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance and sanitation activities to control energy sources, protect personnel, and ensure safe equipment release.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and process-related line issues such as filling variation, pressure instability, blockage, leakage, sensor faults, and packaging interruptions.
Execute and verify CIP cycles for tanks, pipelines, valves, filler circuits, and associated process vessels to maintain hygienic conditions and reduce microbial risk.
Participate in water treatment operations by monitoring treatment stages, sanitation effectiveness, and utility quality to support brewing and cleaning performance.
Support condition-based checks online components including conveyors, pumps, valves, seals, and sensors to identify abnormal wear and escalate corrective action early.
Maintain line records, shutdown logs, maintenance request notes, and production documentation for traceability, compliance, and shift handover continuity.
Support CAPA investigations by documenting deviations, identifying probable causes, verifying immediate containment actions, and contributing to corrective and preventive follow-up.
Work closely with quality assurance and brewing teams to uphold product integrity, hygiene standards, and equipment readiness while maintaining production efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement on the filler and utility interfaces by observing recurring process losses, reporting risks, and recommending practical operational controls.
