About Candidate
I am a corporate communications and employer branding professional with 8+ years of experience helping organisations in financial services and international development tell their most important stories to their people, their partners and the talent they want to attract.
Currently, I lead HR Communications at Britam Holdings, supporting culture transformation and change management spanning seven countries across East and Southern Africa. My work sits at the intersection of internal communications, employer branding and culture storytelling, designing the narratives that create delightful employee experiences and make organisational change feel human.
I am interested in leadership roles across these areas:
→ Employer Branding & EVP Storytelling
→ Internal & Transformation Communications
→ Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
→ Multimedia Content Production (Video, Photography, Adobe Creative Suite)
→ Culture Activation & Change Communications
→ Executive & Leadership Communications
I have worked across financial services (Britam Holdings, Guaranty Trust Bank Kenya), pan-African NGOs (African Enterprise International & Bible Translation & Literacy) and broadcast media (Truth FM & Biblia Husema Broadcasting). I am a Full Member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) and the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).
Africa’s workplace story is one of the most underrepresented narratives in the global employer branding conversation. I am here to help tell it authentically, strategically and at scale.
Please reach out should you have any opportunities in Corporate Communications, Employer Branding and Internal Communications across Africa. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Kim Mwaniki
