About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Hotel Manager to lead our property and deliver a highly personalized guest experience. Unlike large chain hotels, our boutique setting requires a hands-on leader who thrives in creating memorable stays, curating unique services, and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives personalized attention, from arrival to departure.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a small, dedicated team to embody boutique hospitality values.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize profitability.
• Brand Identity: Uphold the hotel’s unique character and ensure consistency in service and design.
• Local Partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses to enhance guest experiences and promote community engagement.
• Business Development:Identify new revenue streams, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in boutique or luxury hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
