Job Description

Location: Nairobi

Job Purpose: We are seeking a qualified Supervisor to oversee operations with a strong focus on food safety, quality assurance, and health & safety standards. The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to train and mentor teams effectively within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on operational and compliance requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and report on performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to implement best practices and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma in a technical field, with proven experience in training and supervisory roles.
• Preferred qualification: Degree in Food Science & Technology or another technical discipline.
• Strong background in manufacturing operations with demonstrated competence in food safety and quality management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
