 Training of the distributor team on DMS best practices and use to gain the full benefits of the system.  SIT reconciliations every month.  Manage and reconcile promotional resources  Maintaining the integrity of data input by users through the use of system reports and identifying trends in data logging practices.  Extracting data from DMS, analyzing and sharing it with distributor’s employees  Issue stocks to VSMs- Van stock replenishments  Stock reconciliation – physical, DMS, and van stocks.  Analyzing performances of both SFEs and sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  Plan and review route plans and sequences on DMS  Ensuring that all the DMS assets are handled and maintained as required

• Ensure the delivery of an effective level of technical ICT Services to all customers. • Ensure the effective management and provision of ICT services to facilitate technology solutions that satisfy client’s business requirements. • Ensure the attainment of agreed business objectives and the timeliness, effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the technical ICT Services function and work unit. • Ensure the effective, prudent and accountable use of resources by ensuring compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and procedures. • Ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service to clients at all levels by modelling service excellence and by establishing and monitoring structures, systems and standards to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. • Participate in IT Automation Consultancy by providing expertise on several areas related to ICT Technical Services. • Writing of Technical Proposals and final reports on various consultancies

• Installation and performing software updates. • Installation, maintenance and repair of the network (intranets and internet). • Maintenance and repair of the PC. • Offer user support services to the users of the company. • Helpdesk Technician. • Ensure peak performance of LAN and WAN by using monitoring tools and the system admin when abnormalities are detected. • Maintaining a professional helpdesk at all times. • Monitoring and testing newly released windows updates before mass deployment
