Took action on all defaulted loans within the assigned loan portfolio through negotiation for payments. Generated and submitted an accurate list of defaulters to be listed or delisted with Credit Reference Bureau (CRB). Facilitated extension of loan repayment period/terms to requesting defaulters. Recommended defaulters to be forwarded to auctioneering and monitored the progress of the forwarded cases by ensuring auctioneers submit a report on the same. Reviewed and recommended to the management on loans to be written off after exhaustion or recovery efforts.
