• Looking for new business prospects. • Daily follow ups on potential clients. • Site visits on potential clients. • Building strong relationships with key persons in various organization (potential clients) • Conducting Marketing Research and staying abreast of competitor positioning. • Contributing to new business development initiatives. • Site visits for existing clients to ensure smooth operations. • Conducting presentations upon request by clients. • Monthly reports on Customer survey Feedback
Duties and Responsibilities • Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies • Developing the content for invitation letters to be sent to various saccos. • Planning responsibilities: select location, reservations and ensuring the catering and presentation facilities are in order. • Obtain customer survey feedback within a stipulated period of time and initiate progressive actions towards such feedback. • Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the departments’ organization.Organizing and attending marketing activities, events. • Organizing training programs held for the Saccos. • Coordinating the training programs for the various Saccos. • Conducting research surveys to gain understanding of the business. (client visits) Developing and implementing new procedures of training after conducting research
Duties and Responsibilities • Operating office equipment and machines i.e. Photocopying/Printing and collating paperwork • Offering training programs on new products (Bioglan/Skin doctors) • Brand ambassador for Bioglan/Skin doctor products • Filling paperwork and management of filing system • Monitoring and evaluation of products (Neem pharmacy, Bella donna pharmacy, Goodlife pharmacy, Ava pharmacy, Pharmaplus pharmacy) • Periodic Invoicing – process invoices for relevant departments upon receipt of invoice request. • Receipt of member/Customer payments – process cheque payments and direct deposits. • Communicate with staff/members/customers regarding invoicing and payment of invoices.
