About Candidate
I am a self-motivated, diligent person with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. I started working at the KEMRI-CMR Laboratory Services Program (LSP) in January 2019 and have spent the last four years working there. I now know how to diagnose parasite infections, do basic lab procedures safely, and use various molecular techniques like PCR and ELISA, particularly for COVID-19 testing. I’m a master’s student at Kenyatta University taking a Master of Science degree. I am proficient in computer and have used data analysis software before.
I have been working in the Food handler’s Certification program, and I have received extensive training in laboratory management, quality control, and quality assurance in food safety. I am a team player and can work with minimal supervision.
