Job Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive Client Relation Management strategy which includes business development to develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships. •Develop and implement a strategic plan that will deliver on business targets: traffic, revenue, time spent, frequency of visits and sentiments. •Optimize Direct to Consumer performance across digital marketing, product range, and customer experience. •Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on CRM data. •Develop & leverage a network of contacts to attract visitors to the brewery by identifying, pursuing and closing on new business opportunities, customers, and partnerships. • Oversee all marketing activities, including festivals, promotions, and pricing to drive visibility & awareness for the brewery. • Drive high standards of consumer experience and satisfaction at the brewery. • Manage end to end events at the microbrewery to the satisfaction of the clients / guests in line with the objectives agreed on. • Lead and represent the business in formal external stakeholder engagements. • Drive innovation in alcohol offerings, merchandise and experiences in conjunction with partners. • Deliver agreed commercial business objectives, ROI of Marketing activities and Capital/Operational upgrades.
MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT JTL Providing full support to Trade Sales Representatives, DSA’s and Agents within the allocated Zone. To drive Channel Specific Agenda in line with Company targets Recruitment and management of Agents. Ensuring that set targets are achieved and surpassed in the allocated Business Environment. Maintaining an active pipeline of Customers, Agents and Trade Development Representatives within the Zone. Overseeing zonal developments and implementations of short-term and long-term plans within the allocated business environment. Supervising implementation of various channels within an allocated Zone. Preparing and presenting sales reports and plans using Microsoft Office tools. To oversee & drive the people capability agenda across all levels – Internal and external sales reps. Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Train and develop the sales team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional activities and marketing campaigns. To undertake Channel Partner Relationship management to ensure sustainable business practices and profitability (ROI).
My basic Purpose was to; Maximize sales revenue by working with distributors, dealers and other partners to build a robust sustainable distribution network on the ground. My Main Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Making sure sales and revenue targets were achieved through distributors, dealers and other partners that resell the products and services. • Implementing assigned action plans aimed at achieving sales and revenue targets including selling products and services primarily to outlets on the ground. • Closely monitoring distributors/partners against anticipated sales revenue and ensuring on-target performance is achieved. • Recruiting new outlets and agents while monitoring stock levels both at distributor level and in the trade work, that is alongside distributors and their staff and to carry out all the required activities to achieve set targets including the distribution of branding and promotion materials to enhance visibility. • Identifying gaps in the distribution chain and bringing them to the management attention for action. • Maintaining sales records, preparing and submitting sales reports as required. • Ensuring consistent availability of products and services with a view to increase subscriber numbers and achieve revenue targets. • Developing strong relationships with acquired agents and outlets to ensure sensitivity to the customer’s needs, concerns and emerging requirements were met.
