Key responsibilities. 1.Verify and reconcile cash balances for individual cash drawers. 2.Identify customer needs and provide information on new products and services. 3.Resolve discrepancies in accounting processes. 4.Cross sell and upsell bank products and services to customers over the counter. 5.Ensure accuracy and close attention in data entry. 6.Open and reactivate customers' accounts on request.
Key responsibilities. 1.Administering withdrawals, counting cash and totaling deposits. 2.Handling customer enquiries and also promoting the bank's products and services. 3.Making sure that customers' personal information is kept confidential. 4.Working closely and communicating with other bank team
