The following was my job responsibilities. 1.Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. 2.Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations 3.Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time and ensuring compliance with laws and regulation 4.Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. 5.Prepare monthly receivable and creditors reconciliation statements 6.Manage daily accounting operation including bills, account receivable and account payables 7.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation 8.Prepare regular financial reports detailing budget variances, cost trends, and performance metrics. 9.Forecasting future expenses and revenue streams to ensure financial stability and growth. 10Analyze costs associated with various aspects of operations, such as food and beverage, labor, utilities, and supplies.
