Job Purpose:

The CR & NFR Manager is responsible for driving the convenience retail and non-fuel business strategy in line with the Company’s objectives to diversify revenues. This role will focus on sales growth, expansion, and the development of new business opportunities for all the non-fuel categories within the organization. This includes overseeing the expansion of the business, identifying and implementing growth

opportunities, and ensuring that the company’s business strategies are aligned with its long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Sales Growth:

  • Grow the ‘Spring’ and ‘Spring on the go’ convenience retailing business through both in-store and the e-commerce
  • Identify appropriate product mixes and identify suitable suppliers to meet the requirements of the convenience retail stores and e-commerce
  • Strengthen the offering at ‘Autobay’ service centers
  • Develop and implement retail non-fuel business strategies aimed at optimizing the real estate while expanding the
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager to align station operations with the overall business

Business Development and Expansion:

  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, expansions, and new service offerings.
  • Complement the efforts of the Retail Manager for the expansion of the retail network and non-retail
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new strategies and market initiatives.

Sales Performance Management:

  • Develop sales targets and KPIs for convenience retail and non-fuel business
  • Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to the teams to meet targets.
  • Ensure the implementation of promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and

Customer Relations Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and
  • Oversee customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact for key accounts and corporate
  • Financial and Market Analysis:
  • Conduct financial and market analysis to assess the profitability and viability of potential new business
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet sales growth and profitability

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales growth, market trends, and expansion strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related MBA

or equivalent is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in retail management, business

development, or sales strategy.

  • Proven track record in business strategy development and sales
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication
  • Knowledge of retail and non-retail industry trends and market
