Training Venues
SLMC conducts its program in leading hotels in the country and other convenient training venues. Alternative venues, such as your premises, may be mutually agreed upon. Course Evaluation SLMC adopts a two steps approach to our training evaluation.
Step 1: Participants evaluate and assess the program on delivery, individual resource person’s effectiveness, training goals achievement and suitability.
Step 2: Post training impact assessment will be conducted three to six months aer the training.the essence of this assessment is to measure the extend of the implementation of the individual action plan and determine the return on investment (ROI)
Trainers Report
SLMC undertakes to compile a comprehensive report on the training conducted. e report shall endeavor to provide a systematic account of pertinent issues raised, discussions held, suggestions made and any logical conclusions arrived at by the participants, which could form an input for your management’s action plan and follow-up.
