 Conducts Dynamic and Task based Risk assessment as per the scope of work.  Health and safety inductions for new stewards on site/ Continuous safety inductions  Continuous Chemical handling advocacy and awareness of the detergents on site as per SDS.  Competent filling and sourcing for work permits as per KBL’s safe work system.  Monitoring and close supervision of stewards while handling chemicals on site.  Efficient reporting of safety incidents by raising SIRCs within the site  Participate in toolbox meetings and debriefing sessions with the clients.  Represent CCL in tier one meetings at both Brewing and UDV Departments for feedbacks  Documented of progress of work and submitting daily reports on work progress  Ensure stewards adhere and conform to the correct use of PPEs as part of safety.  Review of training manuals and schedule to meet the dynamic change in work environment.  Review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe and efficient work execution
