Conduct structured time and motion studies across brewing and keg packaging lines to evaluate cycle times and identify bottlenecks.  Collect, clean, and analyze production performance data (throughput, downtime, yield losses) to support planning decisions.  Support dashboard reporting and preparation of management presentations for operational review meetings.  Apply PDCA and Root Cause Analysis methodologies to reduce unplanned downtime and improve OEE.  Operate and monitor automated systems across grain intake, milling, brewhouse, fermentation, maturation, filtration, and packaging.  Execute plant start-up and shutdown procedures in compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.  Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to align production output with demand planning requirements.  Monitor utilities performance data: CO2 recovery plant, refrigeration systems (glycol/ammonia), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and water treatment systems.

Performed preventive and predictive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging equipment.  Conducted equipment calibration, alignment, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments to optimize performance.  Interpreted technical drawings, service manuals, and work orders to execute maintenance tasks.  Supported CMMS-based maintenance tracking and documentation of work orders.  Executed root cause analysis to eliminate recurring mechanical failures and reduce downtime.
