In my current role as the Assistant Compliance Manager-Compliance and Operations at Proto Energy, I have successfully ensured compliance with relevant laws and regulations ie NEMA, EPRA, DOSH, validated, negotiated, maintained leases for containers, negotiated new contracts with landlords and service providers, and managed compliance for gas containers nationwide. My responsibilities include overseeing compliance with relevant authorities, drafting and monitoring leases and rent payments, planning relocations compliance, and implementing safety protocols. These experiences have honed my skills in compliance management, developing and compliance policies and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and industry standards, risk assessment, and regulatory adherence.
