Education
This degree gave me a solid grounding in strategic communication, media production, and audience engagement. I studied how to develop communication strategies that support business objectives, how to measure return on investment (ROI) for communication activities, and how to adapt messaging for different stakeholders – from employees to customers to investors. The programme also included practical training in digital content creation, social media management, and data analysis – all of which I have used to increase audience engagement by 40% and deliver measurable results.
Work & Experience
• Lead design and implementation of a multi-institution capacity-building program across three higher-learninginstitutions, coordinating curriculum delivery, partner relationships and performance reporting. • Facilitate leadership, ethics and digital literacy workshops for 150+ participants, using interactive, outcomes-focused training methods to drive engagement. • Manage relationships with institutional leadership, government partners and student representative bodies toalign program delivery with organizational priorities. • Track program performance against KPIs and prepare structured implementation reports for management andpartner audiences.
