Duties & Responsibilities • Ensuring health and safety of employees by ensuring provision of proper PPEs and compliance • Ensuring that correct procedure is followed in case of any workplace injury by reporting to DOSH and to Insurance for compensation of the injured employee. • Ensuring good employee relations by creating fairness and ensuring proper grievance handling procedure in the workplace • Attending clients’ monthly KPI review meetings • Calculating terminal dues of exited employees • Leave administration by ensuring updated records of leave accumulation and utilization for all employees • Handling disciplinary procedures • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records • Providing administrative support • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff • Providing weekly and monthly HR reports • Listening to clients’ feedback with an aim of improving their service satisfaction. • Ensuring compliance with current labour laws and company policies • Performance management through conducting performance appraisal and ensuring timely evaluation and feedback • Employee welfare by supporting employee wellness and safety within the workplace • Acknowledging resignations and ensuring smooth exit for staff
