I am an HR Generalist with over 10 years of progressive experience, starting as an HR Assistant and advancing to a Senior HR Business Partner. My diverse background spans various industries, including HR consultancy, media, manufacturing, tours and travel, real estate, and NGOs.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed both corporate and personal HR assignments. I possess comprehensive expertise in end-to-end HR operations, including job design, job evaluation, and workload analysis. I am skilled in establishing and managing performance management systems, fostering employee relations, and providing HR advisory services.
Additionally, I am adept at developing HR strategies tailored to organizational goals, as well as conducting organizational design initiatives. My knowledge extends to occupational safety and health, talent management, and crafting effective learning and development strategies.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Management degree where I majored in Human Resource Management. I was awarded with a Second Class Honors, Upper Division.
