Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate project implementation processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and
procedures.
• Prepare and rationalize project budgets and grant allocations in coordination with the finance team.
• Coordinate project activities, logistics, and stakeholder workshops across various countries.
• Train farmers and agripreneurs on sustainable agricultural practices and value addition.
• Manage and resolve project-related grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Support capacity-building initiatives by facilitating staff and personnel training.
