I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Rwanda, a program that equipped me with a solid blend of business knowledge and advanced IT skills. Throughout my studies, I built strong abilities in system management, networking, databases, and digital solutions. During my academic internship at the Ministry of Justice (Minijust), I applied these skills by providing IT support, managing digital systems, and assisting in data operations, which enhanced my practical experience in using technology to improve organizational performance.
Work & Experience
At Bank of Kigali i promoted banking products and services to new and existing clients, opened and managed customer accounts, handled daily transactions, and provided financial guidance. Maintained strong client relationships, achieved sales targets, and supported digital banking operations to enhance customer experience.
