My key responsibilities included: Providing end-user IT support, including induction assistance, basic troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assisting with laptop and desktop builds, device configuration, enrollment, and deployment following SOE (Standard Operating Environment) procedures. Supporting ServiceNow ticketing operations, logging, triaging, escalating, and resolving incidents in line with ITIL practices. Performing software installations and updates, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and licensing requirements. Assisting with printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across office environments. Supporting Zoom meeting room setups, troubleshooting audio/video issues and providing live meeting support. Providing support for specialized systems such as Calibra, Harford, Brewmax, Orbix, and weighbridge systems. Conducting walkabouts to proactively identify IT issues and support users onsite.

My key responsibilities included: Providing daily technical support to staff by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices used across departments. Monitoring network performance (LAN, Wi-Fi) and coordinating with internet service providers to resolve connectivity issues promptly. Performing regular data backups and system updates to safeguard operational and client data. Implementing and maintaining antivirus, firewall, and other cybersecurity measures to protect organizational systems. Documenting IT incidents, resolutions, and updates to support knowledge sharing and system improvement.

Facilitated government liaison services in compliance with the Host Country Agreement, my key responsibilities included: Assisting in processing work permits by receiving passports and coordinating the issuance of Diplomatic IDs and KRA PIN certificates for UN staff members. Managing front desk operations, including the distribution of processed documents and addressing client inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring proper documentation of received materials at the front desk and facilitated the appropriate distribution to the designated administrator for further processing. Supporting VAT exemption requests and managing duty-free vehicle entitlements (PRO 1B, PRO 1C, Form A, and PRO 1A documentation). Assisting with conversion of foreign driver’s licenses to Kenyan licenses. Digitizing and managing data using Excel, Access, and SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data standards. Conducting quality checks, updated records, and resolved discrepancies by cross referencing source documents. Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring easy retrieval of information.

My key responsibilities included: Collecting, cleaning, and organizing sales and customer data to support accurate reporting and forecasting. Conducting data analysis to identify trends and provided actionable insights that contributed to a 15% increase in customer bookings. Developing and maintaining data dashboards for real-time tracking of key performance indicators. Providing IT support by troubleshooting network issues, setting up hardware, and performing software updates, reducing operational downtime. Collaborating with the marketing team to apply data insights for targeted customer outreach and campaign optimization.
