Responsibilities

  • Support commercial execution by delivering specialist analytics in areas such as market share growth, pricing, promotions, and trade development planning.
  • Run custom market insight projects including forecasting, elasticity modelling, and advanced analytics.
  • Analyse retail, consumer panel, and brand tracking data, integrating with commerce and channel information to generate actionable insights.
  • Partner with customer development teams to enable data-led growth strategies, including joint business planning, channel strategy, and retailer negotiations.
  • Identify and leverage shopping and basket insights to drive penetration and growth.
  • Collaborate with global insights and analytics teams to bring best practices into local execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, consumer insights, customer development, or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in working with data and numbers.
  • Business acumen and organisational awareness.
  • Ability to interpret data and craft compelling stories that influence stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving and resilience in managing priorities independently.
  • Expertise in marketing fundamentals (6Ps), category management, retailer partnerships, and assortment optimisation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI platforms, and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience with forecasting, elasticity modelling, and research analytics methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
