About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Operations Manager to oversee the performance and profitability of a flagship commercial property. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all property operations, systems, and processes
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve and maintain full occupancy
- Identify, attract, and retain high-quality tenants
- Prepare and manage budgets while monitoring revenue, costs, and profitability
- Lead, train, and manage the property management team
- Generate and present monthly performance reports and operational insights
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-sized commercial properties, including leasing
- Proven experience in tenant acquisition, negotiation, and retention
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial acumen with the ability to interpret reports and manage costs effectively
- Professional, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Proficiency in English is required
