Resident Executive – Uganda & Ethiopia

Job Description

A regional organization is seeking Resident Executives to oversee operations and business growth within Uganda and Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company within the assigned market.
• Develop distribution channels and drive market growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and government agencies.
• Provide regular market and operational reports to headquarters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in business development, market expansion, or general management.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
• Existing industry and stakeholder networks are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of independence and accountability.
