Territory Coordinator – Crop Protection (Eldoret Region)-50k

Job Description

A reputable agribusiness company is looking for a proactive Territory Coordinator to support market expansion and increase sales of crop protection products within Eldoret and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and product movement targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-dealers and stockists.
• Organize farmer trainings, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Identify and support key farmers and opinion leaders within the territory.
• Maintain farmer and stakeholder databases.
• Gather market intelligence and recommend strategic actions.
• Support and supervise field promoters and product champions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Agriculture, Crop Protection, Animal Health, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and mobilization skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good supervisory and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the local market environment is advantageous.
