Implement outreach and promotion plans to ensure portfolio growth and attract
new clients to join KWFT.
 Attend group meetings every month to ensure that proper group management is
implemented.
 Participate in group activities critical in the development of portfolio e.g. group
official’s election, constitution making.
 Facilitate in group formation ensuring that new groups meet the minimum
threshold eligible for KWFT intake.
 Monitor and ensure that loan guarantee deposits are contributed for by the
clients on a monthly basis.
 Pursue budgetary targets set on a monthly and annual basis and the deliverables

 Meet and discuss with guarantors of individuals and small and medium sized
 Enterprises clients to confirm their willingness to guarantee the loans and offer them
chattels as loan security.

 Assist clients in opening bank accounts.
 Ensure that loans are credited the client accounts on time
 Grow the deposit business from the various savings products in the KWFT
portfolio.
 Educate clients on new developments within KWFT e.g. new products and
services new changes in credit and business policies e.g. change in interest rates.
 Provide links between the customers and KWFT bank.
 Maintain exemplary customer service standards at the workplace.
 Uphold the image of the institution at his level.
